Pandemic Learnings for Mail Centers

Mail Services was often deemed as a ‘back of house’ service that rarely in the spotlight unless something went missing. Mail went from almost an afterthought to the front line as most companies realized just how critical mail is to their business. The pandemic created some very unique and high priority needs to be addressed rapidly in order to keep companies operating. Now, with many companies having a more flexible work arrangement, the methods of mail and package deliveries continue to evolve. We will look at some of the challenges and solutions that are at the forefront of many businesses. We will look at some of the advantages and drawbacks to solutions that have been implemented, including the need to maintain the legal requirements of retaining documents. The session will share many of the lessons learned during the pandemic from multiple customers/clients as well as answer questions from the participants.
