Informed Delivery is free and provides an optional notification feature that gives residential consumers the ability to digitally preview their letter-sized mail and manage their packages scheduled arrival. Mailer Scorecard & Assessment: A Full-Service Mail Tool

The Mailer Scorecard is a tool enabling mailers to monitor their mail quality across several USPS programs, including Full-Service, eInduction and Seamless Acceptance. This workshop will show mailers how to access a Mailer Scorecard and the information available including, who can see it and what it means. Attendees will learn how to drill down for information in the various reports, access piece-level data to identify quality issues and understand the postage assessment process. Mail Preparer, Mail Owner and Transportation Carrier visibility will also be discussed.
