USPS Postage Meter IMI Compliance: What You Need to Know

The USPS® will be requiring that all mailing systems meet Intelligent Mail Indicia (IMI) standards with in the next year (2024). They will no longer be allow vendors to distribute postage meters that are not producing compliant IMI and that decertified meters taken out of service.

This session teaches the importance of analyzing your mailings to ensure you are obtaining the best postage rates for First Class Bulk, Periodical & Standard Mail. Learn different options for improving your mailing lists resulting in big postage savings. An explanation for each postage category and what is required to move up to the next discount threshold will be provided. Learn how to move your mail from Basic to Saturation & Basic or up to Mixed ADC.
