Mail Centers in Agile Work Environment
Mail Services was often deemed as a ‘back of house’ service that came into the spotlight during the pandemic as a critical service. Now, with many companies having a more flexible work arrangement, the methods of mail and package deliveries continue to evolve. We will look at some of the challenges and solutions that are at the forefront of many businesses. We will look at some of the advantages and drawbacks to solutions that have been implemented, including the need to maintain the legal requirements of retaining documents. The session will share many of the lessons learned since the pandemic from multiple customers/clients as well as share your own experience with your peers.
