New Office Service Professionals (OSP) Certification

MAILCOM is known for its professional certification programs including MCOM and the Mail Systems Management Association’s CMDSM, CMDSS and MDC programs.

Joining these industry-leading certifications is the MSMA’s new Office Service Professionals (OSP) Certification. OSP is a training and certification process for industry individuals involved with domestic and international mail, administrative services, distribution, logistics, shipping/receiving, communications and more.

OSP Certification focuses on Professionalism, Customer Service, Networking, Business Ethics and other basic Office Service Skills. This is a great opportunity for you to add even more value to your organization… along with a new certification to your resume!

The OSP Review Session & Exam will be offered held at MAILCOM Las Vegas, on Monday, September 24th, 2018, 8:00-11:00am.

Following a review session, you’ll have the opportunity to immediately take the open-book exam. The fee for this event is $100/member $125/non-member and includes the review session, refreshments and the exam.
