Using Analytics for Reducing Mail Center Costs

Data analytics has been used within business for decades to help drive cost savings for organizations. While many times this has been leveraged more from an information technology standpoint to review key line of business metrics, the mailroom often is forgotten. The mailroom is a central hub for incoming data and should be treated to the same level of review as other departments. During this session we will: Show areas of cost savings that can be obtained within the mail center; demonstrate executive level dashboards and data capture techniques and provide a real-world case study.
